MAXIMUM TO THE SAME NAME, ADDRESS OR CARD WILL BE
AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
UNDER 14'S MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AGED 18 AND OVER
ON ALL TICKETS.
DUPLICATES FOR STANDING TICKETS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
There is a £1.95 handling charge per order for Seated tickets
to be posted out, printed at home or collected at any time
from the Venue. For Standing tickets, there is a £6.00
handling charge per order for them to be posted out and a
£1.95 charge if printed at home or collected at any time
from the Venue. There is no handling charge when buying
tickets in person from the Venue Box Office.
There is a £2 charge per ticket for duplicate seated tickets
to be issued (Standing tickets cannot be reissued).
The upper rows of the tiered seating may not be suitable
for customers with movement difficulties or vertigo sufferers.
Customers requiring disabled accessibility seats or any other customers with
specific seating requirements, i.e. vertigo sufferers, please contact the
Venue direct on 0843 373 3000.
