This package includes return coach travel from your chosen departure town, plus General Admission tickets for Muse at the Emirates Stadium, London on Saturday 25th May 2013.

Times of departure and a reminder of your pick up point will be printed on both your coach ticket and emailed to you nearer the time of the show. Before booking this ticket ensure you are available to travel at any point during the date of the event.

Both your coach tickets and General Admission entry tickets will be delivered to you in advance via special delivery, and no later than 10 days before the event.

We will endeavour to get you to the show in plenty of time for the doors opening but we cannot be held responsible if there are delays on your journey due to traffic.

Please note that times and departure points are subject to change, both due to demand and circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

Please keep your coach ticket(s) in a safe place, you will need them for both your inbound and outbound journey. Coach tickets are checked and only one seat per ticket is permitted. Responsibility for safekeeping of the coach ticket is with the ticket-holder.

Please ensure you are present at least 15 minutes before your advertised departure and return times. Coach drivers will not wait for latecomers under any circumstances and will depart without passengers who have not arrived on time. No refunds will be entitled for this occasion.

Our coaches will have a 'SEE COACHES' sign in the window and the town they are travelling from, as well as a coach number that will correspond to the one printed on your ticket. Please note there are no specific numbered bays used for bus stations or coach bays - Be at the pick up point and look for the relevant sign in the coach window.

We ask you make a mental note of where your coach parks once you reach the Emirates Stadium. There are often many coaches from different companies parked in this area and you need to find your way back to the coach you originally travelled on once the event has finished. It may be advisable to ask for the drivers mobile number.

Smoking and drinking alcohol are NOT permitted onboard any coach. Coach drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers under the influence of alcohol if they feel they would pose a danger to other passengers. In such case no refund or compensation will be entitled.

If you require wheelchair access, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the coach will be able to facilitate this. We would advise against booking this package if this is the case.

However, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of our seating plans in case of short term or venue specific changes due to production requirements. Seating plans are generally provided as a guide only and are not an exact representation of the seating layout at the venue.
