Rated 4 out of 5 by Carpetman from Still a step above most other comics This was my third time viewing the pub landlord and he didn't disappoint although I have seen him on better form but still a great nights entertainment in a small venue up close to the man and persona. The meet and greet at the end was also a bonus

Rated 5 out of 5 by Graham231 from A class act An intimate theatre for a quality performer.. Al Murray is an intelligent and polished comic who interacts to great effect with his audience with apparent ease. His ability to recall the names and occupations of the majority of the front three rows throughout the two hour show is impressive. Murrays delivery is seamless and the show evolves according to his audience with no fixed format. This is the second time I have seen 'the guvnor' - a premier league comedian.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wewacky from I'd give him my vote! I bought the tickets last year for my husband's birthday as he really enjoyed the to shows. The live performance was brilliant. The content was very clever and a lot of it ad lib. The band accompanying him were extremely good and if they had had a CD available I would have purchased it. Al gave a photo opportunity in the second half which really added to the evening. I will definitely be looking out for Al's next gig. A big thank you.

Al Murray The Pub Landlord: Let's Go Backwards Together Publican. Politician. Other thing beginning with P. Philosopher, yeah, that. The nation's critically acclaimed bar-based-braveheart, Al Murray - The Pub Landlord embarks on a common sense campaign to re-Great Britain in his brand new show. We live in troubling times. Europe. The NHS. Whatever the hell is going on in the Middle East. The gathering storm of fortnightly bin collections? Who knows where it will all end? Watch the one man who will answer the call of destiny even though it's an unlisted number. Watch the one man who will call time on tyranny even though he isn't quite sure what it means. Watch the one man who isn't afraid to say no to women ordering anything other than a glass of white wine (or fruit based drink).
