In just six years, Bingley Music Live has risen from humble beginnings to a festival that is nationally heralded as one of the UK’s major festivals. The event is largely funded by Bradford Council and is organised by a small team with a great deal of love and passion for music, making the festival one of the most memorable in the UK for bands and audiences alike.

Sell-out crowds for the past three years have enjoyed rip-roaring performances from bands such as Chase and Status, Maximo Park, Feeder, James, The Enemy, Public Image Ltd, Seasick Steve, Editors, Calvin Harris, Doves, Fun Lovin’ Criminals as well as breaking acts such as Wretch 32, Eliza Doolittle, Example, Professor Green, V.V. Brown and Kassidy.

Bingley Music Live (BML) is also an ardent advocate of local talent giving bands from the region the opportunity to perform on the same bill as nationally and internationally acclaimed artists.

There's plenty for festival-goers to enjoy, including a the special family area, side shows, kids zone, and workshops. We have also signed up to the ‘Attitude is everything’ disabled charter. And with a daily capacity for 16,000, BML is one of the few remaining intimate festivals on the circuit. Professionally run, it attracts seasoned festival goers and first timers alike, drawing them into the stunning surroundings of Myrtle Park with the sole purpose of having a great time.
