Latitude Festival 2011 is back with four days of music and arts across 17 arenas, including headliners, The National, Paolo Nutini and Suede!

Latitude 2011 is pleased to announce The National, as the Friday night headliners at The Obelisk Arena, having now released four critically acclaimed albums, Latitude is excited to welcome the band back to the festival after their fantastic set at last year's Word Arena. Saturday night marks the welcome return of singer-songwriter sensation, Paolo Nutini, whose distinctive street-folk sound wowed festival audiences at the inaugural Latitude Festival in 2006 and who will undoubtedly set the festival alight with a string of hits from his two British Number One albums. All this is topped off by the return of one of Britain's top pop bands, Suede, who produced some of the 90s best Indie anthems and are sure to bring an unforgettable end to Latitude 2011!

Support on The Obelisk Arena comes from the fantastic Paloma Faith, Bright Eyes, My Morning Jacket, The Cribs, Hurts, Glasvegas, KT Tunstall, Seasick Steve, Iron & Wine and Ed Sheeran plus many more, as well as a special Midday performance on the Sunday from the amazing Scala & Kolacny Brothers.

Festival Republic is very pleased to announce that the extremely talented Bombay Bicycle Club, Mercury Music Prize nominated Foals and the legendary Eels will be headlining The Word Arena this year, with support coming from The Vaccines, Echo & The Bunnymen, Lykke Li, Carl Barat, Lyle Lovett & His Acoustic Group, OMD, I Am Kloot, Caribou, Bellowhead, OS Mutantes, Deerhunter, Chapel Club and British Sea Power, The Villagers and Anna Calvi.

And just announced is the Sunrise Arena that will be headlined by the wonderful Dutch Uncles, Steve Mason and Crystal Fighters with support coming from The Bees, Dionne Bromfield, Esben And The Witch, Grouplove, Marques Toliver, Trophy Wife and East Park Reggae Collective with late night DJ sets in the woods from Annie Nightingale:Decades Show and Submotion Orchestra.

Radio 1's Huw Stephens returns to Latitude for another year to curate The Lake Stage, which showcases the very best in new and upcoming music, including the Friday headliners, Manchester popstars, Dutch Uncles, rising urban chart sensation, CocknBullKid and folk-inspired, Dry The River, with support coming from Admiral Fallow, Dels, Fiction, Ghostpoet, Mazes and Tribes. Plus we are very pleased to announce a special Sunday performance from the super talented James Blake. Late Night DJs on the Lake Stage will include Goldierocks and Moshi Moshi DJs.

Late Night DJ sets are brought to the festival by Dermot O Leary's Indie Disco, Guilty Pleasures and Horse Meat Disco Vs Pump Up The Volume.

As in previous years, the arts programme continues to inspire and deliver, with Alan Carr, Dylan Moran, Omid Djalili and Never Mind The Buzzcocks headlining the comedy arena, alongside a plethora of other comic acts including Marcus Brigstocke, Jason Byrne, Brendon Burns, Richard Herring, Jon Richardson, David O'Doherty, Mark Watson and lots more!

The School Of Life, Wordtheatre, Alan Hollinghurst, Instigate Debate, Louis De Bernieres, Mark Billingham, Julie Myerson, Andrew Smith, Sarah Dunant and Alexei Sayle are just some of the fantastic acts appearing in The Literary Arena, alongside Linton Kwesi Johnson, Tim Key, Jo Shapcott, Simon Armitage and Saul Williams in The Poetry Arena.

The Waterfront Stage once again plays host to the wonderful Sadler's Wells who will present work by Fela!, Rambert Dance Co., Zoo Nation and Tommi Kitti, as well as what will be surely be an unforgettable performance from English National Ballet, plus popular sensations Flawless and Alleviate.

The Theatre Arena plays host to the inspirational National Theatre Of Scotland, as well as the Gate, Bush Theatre, Lyric, Battersea Arts Centre, Paines Plough, Fuel, who will be presenting the amazing Electric Hotel, and The Opera Group plus many many more!

The Film and Music Arena is very excited to welcome a series of BAFTA Q&As with Ralph Fiennes, Asif Kapadia (& highlights of Senna), The Misfits and Richard Curtis will interview The Trip's Steve Coogan & Rob Brydon. The arena also welcomes the Tate Britain with Nigel Barrett and Louise Mari from Shunt, Johnny Flynn, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Alabama 3, Mark Lamarr's God's Jukebox with Ska Cubano, Barrence Whitfield, Kalakuta Millionaires & The Zizaniques and the fantastic Birds Eye View presents Imogen Heap & The Holst Singers, Michachu, Tara Busch, Seaming and Temper Temper and Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde with Blue Roses.

The Cabaret Arena highlights include Will Adamsdale, David Schneider & Friends, Duckie, The Razzle, A Night In Berlin, Ida Barr, Idiots of Ants and Frisky And Mannish.
