Rated 4 out of 5 by Anni from I love the blues I went on my own and as much as I love the blues- I was shivering- the venue was freezing - worth waiting to see the son of a man I remember well from Nottingham boat blues clubs- along with Howling Wolf and John Lee Hooker- the band from Salisbury were on first -they were brilliant-then Chicago 9?who didn't seem a team- vocals bit hit and miss- then Mud- had to leave before the end because I was so cold

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dervish Terminal from Best blues gig in a very very long time! As a lifelong fan of the late great Muddy Waters, it was wonderful to see his son Mud Morganfield carrying on the tradition. With a great band, who really rocked the end of Worthing pier with authentic Chicago blues. And the Southern pavilion is a lovely venue, great sound, and small enough to be intimate. A brilliant night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Norm from A new experience I had previously not known Mud Morganfield, of course, like the rest of the world I know Muddy's work and prowess. A great evening and a solid performance supported by a really tight band. It was my second visit to this venue which manages to mix relaxed informality with the intimacy required to enjoy great music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Denise from One of many gigs I have attended this year with more still to attend Mud was just amazing, first time I was able to see him since Colne 2014, I was literally in blues heaven, I bought his CD and he signed it for me and I got to hug him for 3 whole minutes. He is so like his father but he is his own man, absolutely mind blowingly awesome.
