The Music and Arts festival, Optimus Alive'12, takes place in Lisbon, the capital of sunny Portugal, between the 13th and the 15th of July. With the Tagus River as landscape the festival is a great opportunity to come to Portugal and watch some of the greatest artists, enjoy the finest arts and indulge in the sun.

Guincho Camping Only valid if you already have or purchase a ticket for Optimus Alive'12.
There are free shuttles from and to the Venue. You need to book your shuttle via the following e-mail: shuttleguincho@optimusalive.com, also attaching your purchasing confirmatiion. Schedules available are the following:
1. Camping Site (Orbitur Guincho) -> Optimus Alive'12: 2 pm and 4 pm;
2. Optimus Alive'12 -> Camping Site (Orbitur Guincho): 2 am and 4.30 pm
There will be free Shuttles between new Camping site and Venue. However, shuttles must be scheduled by costumers via the following e-mail: shuttleguincho@optimusalive.com, also forwarding the confirmation of the purchase of camping ticket.
Comprehensive Getting To and From Information:Lisbon Airport it's about 8 miles away from venue. Daily flights from most European cities to Lisbon.
Getting to the venue by car: 15 minutes from the airport. Get in 2¬ Circular heading Benfica (exit in Eixo N-S, heading south), Eixo N-S (exit IC17, heading Alges), IC17 (exit in Alges).
Getting there by train: Train Stop in Cais do Sodre. Lisboa - Cascais Line, heading Cascais and get out in Alges. You'll have train to and from venue every 15 minutes or less, from 6:00am to 2:00am.
Getting to venue by subway: From Airport - get subway's Red Line in Estacao Oriente, heading Alameda. In Alameda change to Green Line, heading Cais do Sodre, there you'll get the train to venue. Subway operates from 6:30am to 1:00am.
Getting there by bus: You'll find a huge variety of buses heading to the venue (Passeio Maritimo de Alges). Most of them are from Carris (please find more information in www.carris.pt) and most common are: 750 - from Estacao Oriente to Alges (venue) and 751 - from Campolide Trainstop to Alges (venue)
Getting there by tram: Please get into tram number 15E in Praca da Figueira (Lisbon's downtown) and jump out in Alges (venue).

There's a huge food area provided with a large amount of tables and seats.

Unique Selling Point of Optimus Alive'12 Oeiras:Optimus Alive'12 takes place by the beautiful Tagus River. The festival results of an interaction between Music & Art that allows the crowd to have something to do from doors open to doors get to close.
Also, the festival is much cheaper than most of the other European festivals, allowing for the visitors to come to Portugal, pay the flights and enjoy a sunny week by the same price as they would pay just to attend other festivals.
