What people are saying about Seth Lakeman

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic as always Seth Lakeman at Birmingham town hall, what a great night. The venue is ideal for this type of music. Seth was at his best with some new and some old favourite songs to sing along to. Special mention for Raise your glass to the one you love sung without a microphone. Sounded very atmospheric. Wildwood kin added a different dimension to the night. Saw Seth at the Minack earlier in the year and this night was as good (maybe not as scenic) can't wait for the next time. BTH very organised and a lovely venue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would go again tomorrow... Went with my husband and two kids. Have seen Seth Lakeman before but this gig was his best -- uplifting, moving, fun, joyous -- and he has absolutely fantastic energy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I went with my husband to see Seth and his band. We have been wanting to see him for some time and we were definitely not disappointed. He put on excellent show. He is very audience friendly and was determined to get everyone up on their feet by the end of his performance which he did! Loved all the songs he did including the new ones. His band were brilliant as was his support of 3 ladies with great voices. Worth every penny we paid, lovely theatre as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great intimate venue for Seth Lakeman Seen Seth Lakeman many times at different venues but the Electric Palace in Bridport is a unique experience. Wildwood Kin were a class trio with fantastic harmonies as support. Seth's main act also had Wildwood Kin as additional harmony for his songs giving them added value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the Spirit I had to attend on my own, with a bit of trepidation... I needn't have worried, the wonderful entertainment and professionalism from the musicians lifted my spirits and I left with a big smile on my face. They seemed to enjoy it so much themselves, great venue. Fantastic atmosphere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Get up and dance I knew nothing about Seth beforehand this gig. I do know. The only any I can describe the music is 'folk rock'. Seth is a very talented musician and a great entertainer. He had the whole audience on their feet. A good evening.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fab music, shame about the wrong info from See See tickets gave a start time of 19.30 but Seth wasn't on stage until 21.30hrs. The doors didn't even open until 20.30hrs so we were stood out in the cold from 19.00hrs - rubbish! - could have spoiled the night but Seth made up for it, he's absolutely brilliant.
