Rated 5 out of 5 by dickydicky from Great venue, great gig. The most intimate gig I've been to. A small venue, with a relatively small buoyant crowd treated to a fantastic set from both the support act, and main act. Closest to the stage I've ever been at any concert. Really liked Tom Speight and his tour into the crowd with his band to perform an acoustic track was great - really made us all part of the music and involved. A real talent to watch out for. Loved his conversing with the crowd. Turin Brakes was more 'full-on' but still a great atmosphere of old and new material. They made it all look so easy. A great night, and far, far, better than most 'stadium' gigs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Locko from Absolutely mesmerising display Booked the tickets on the spur of the moment for me and the wife. Never been to the Brudenell club before so was a little apprehensive. We needn't have been. The whole event/evening was organised to a high standard. Love the acoustics of the place and the vibe given off from Turin Brakes made it even more enjoyable: It is clearly well respected in musical circles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Covered1nBees from Stunning set from a band which just keeps on getting better! My wife and I have seen Turin Brakes a few times now and they never disappoint live - beautiful vocals and tight playing, we get lost in their music every time. The tracks from their new album Lost Property easily sit alongside with the classics, and cover quite a broad range of styles. Great atmosphere too - still pulling in the crowds :-) Stand out tracks for me were "96", "Lost Property", "Jump Start" and a stunning rendition of "Black Rabbit", which was even better live than on the recording. Great to hear the rarely heard "Last Chance" too - nice! Would go see them again any time… :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steve66 from You won't be disappointed! I've seen Turin Brakes many times live and they never fail to deliver as a live band. A special mention for the support Tom Speight who's set and rapport with the audience really set the tone for a great event, in an excellent venue. I hope both come back to Wales very soon.
