Al Murray The Pub Landlord: Let's Go Backwards Together Publican. Politician. Other thing beginning with P. Philosopher, yeah, that. The nation's critically acclaimed bar-based-braveheart, Al Murray - The Pub Landlord embarks on a common sense campaign to re-Great Britain in his brand new show. We live in troubling times. Europe. The NHS. Whatever the hell is going on in the Middle East. The gathering storm of fortnightly bin collections? Who knows where it will all end? Watch the one man who will answer the call of destiny even though it's an unlisted number. Watch the one man who will call time on tyranny even though he isn't quite sure what it means. Watch the one man who isn't afraid to say no to women ordering anything other than a glass of white wine (or fruit based drink).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Al Murray It was my first visit to the Bristol Comedy Garden. I went with my daughter who had been before and recommended it. Al Murray was the headline act with three other comedians on before him. It was a brilliant night, we really enjoyed it and will definitely be going again next year. The venue was very well set out and organised, we cannot fault it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brilliant evenings entertainment! Al Murray as his pub landlord character did not disappoint. Topical up to the minute material he is so sharp and his amazing delivery was genius. Jason Byrne had me laughing till my cheeks ached with his ludicrous antics involving audience members rubber dolphin head. Plastic duck and owl complete with sound effects. Ended far too soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bristol Comedy Garden - Final Night Brilliance Joe Lycett was very sharp and witty, had us in stitches with his cutting wit. Jason Byrne was funny-weird, performing a sort of comedy performance art piece, Al Murray helped make us happier about the Brexit in a hilarious way. Mark Olver was the star of the show doing brilliant warm up for his local folks. A great night from all.
