Stairs Step Free Access

Step free access is available into the Stalls via Earlham Street and open 30 minutes before the performance. Entrance to the foyer is through two sets of double swing doors. Entrance into the Stalls corridor through the third double EXIT door on Earlham Street. There is a slight slope down into the Stalls. Please speak to a member of the front of house team at the main entrance and they will accompany through to the step free access/seats.

Entrance to the theatre is by lift access on Shaftesbury Avenue into the back of the auditorium. There are two wheelchair spaces in G1 and F1 of the Stalls. Wheelchair users can transfer to any end of aisle seat in the Stalls. Venue is not suitable for scooters, but provisions can be made for 1 scooter transfer. Auditorium is carpeted with steep raking.

FOYER - 1 step up
STALLS - 22 steps down
DRESS CIRCLE - steps up (two steps between rows in the auditorium)
UPPER CIRCLE - 40 steps up (handrails on both sides)

toilets Wheelchair Access

There are 2 wheelchair spaces in row F1 & G1 of the Stalls with companion seats alongside. Wheelchair transfer seats are available to any end of row seat in the Stalls. Access into the auditorium is via an adapted lift access on Shaftesbury Avenue.

Toilet Facilities

There is an accessible toilet in the Stalls by the level access entrance.

The theatre is fitted with a Williams Sound hearing assistance system. Headsets are available on a first come first served basis. For further information regarding hearing systems at the theatre, please call the theatre stage door on 0207 851 2711

The theatre management are happy to look after your Guide/Hearing dog during the performance. Please approach a member of the front of house team when you arrive at the theatre and they will make the necessary arrangements.
