This venue is built each year specifically for the Bilbao BBK Live. Its is a special complex that is built in Kobetamendi Park. It is located just outside of Bilbao city centre. The venue features three main stages, a DJs Tent, VIP zone, backstage facilities, food and drinks markets, and two camping areas, that total 30,000 m2 (320,000 sq ft) and has a total capacity of 5,000 people.

The hill where the festival takes place is only accessible by shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will leave from San Mames (Bilbao Football Stadium) and BEC (Baracaldo Exhibition Centre) and will be free. They will run every 5 to 10 minutes and will run 24 hours a day.
The festival parking is located at BEC (Bilbao Exhibition Centre) in Baracaldo.
There is wheelchair access at the venue.

There will be elevated areas so anyone with mobility problems or Reduced Mobility can see the concerts.

Bilbao BBK Live festival is delighted to announce that the first headline act of its tenth edition, scheduled to take place from the 9th to 11th July, in the northern Spanish city of Bilbao, will be MUSE. Marking the event's tenth anniversary celebration, this is set to be the band's only Spanish festival performance of the year.
Muse, who have spent much of this year working on their anticipated 7th studio album, are currently recording with producer Robert John 'Mutt' Lange, best known for his work on the legendary AC/DC record, "Back in Black".
This is the first line-up announcement of a very special edition of a festival that celebrates 10 years of attracting the biggest names in music. The 2,014 sold out edition enjoyed headline performances by The Black Keys, Phoenix and Franz Ferdinand and previous editions of the event have included headliners such as Radiohead, The Cure, Pearl Jam, Depeche Mode, Jane's Addiction, RHCP and Suede to name just few.
Bilbao BBK Live is a three-day event that takes place on top of a hill surrounded by mountains offering spectacular views over the city of Bilbao. The privileged location of the site, its proximity to the city and beach and a late start of bands, allow festivalgoers to make the most of this event and unique setting. Bilbao is a modern city famous for the Guggenheim museum, Michelin star restaurants, and some of the best waves in Europe.
But Bilbao BBK Live is above all a fuss free festival. With an uncomplicated layout, easy access from the city and airport, this festival has proven to be a huge success with national and international festivalgoers.
To get there: Two low cost airlines operate direct flights from London to Bilbao. Check Easyjet (from Stansted) and Vueling (from Heathrow). Easyjet operates direct flights from Manchester to Bilbao throughout the summer.
Ryanair operates daily flights to Santander, just an hour bus ride to Bilbao.
From Bilbao airport there are regular public buses to central Bilbao. Once in central Bilbao the festival provides free shuttle buses to the site.
