Brit Award 1986 voted 'Best Newcomer' - a special 30 year celebration concert

At the 1986 'Brit Awards' Go West were presented with the award 'Best Newcomers' for 1985.

Tonight we celebrate the incredible achievements of Go West over the past 30 years since receiving that award.

Prior to the live concert tonight, we will be showing films of the 1986 Brit Award presented to Go West made by Gary Davies on our giant screen.

Everyone who attends tonight’s concert will receive a souvenir celebration certificate for the event that will include a history of the past 30 years and pictures all personally signed by Peter & Richard

This Brit Award winning band was formed in 1982 by Peter Cox and Richard Drummie, who went on to have huge commercial success and established themselves as one of the most successful singer/songwriter duos of the 80s.

Six albums and 20 million sales later, Go West are stronger than ever. They have enjoyed numerous chart singles worldwide, notably 'King Of Wishful Thinking', the opening song in the hugely successful film 'Pretty Woman'.
