Ticket Registration Form

Registration closes at midnight, Sunday 14th October 2007.

Please read before purchasing:

• This form allows you to register your interest to buy tickets for any of the events listed below.
• If there are more registrations for an event than we have tickets, your registration will be entered into a ballot and, if successful, your registration will be converted into a purchase.
• You will only be charged for an event if you are successful.
• You can register for as many of the events as you like, but you can only request two tickets for each event per household.
• If a ballot is required for an event, tickets will be allocated from the highest price category first.
• To have the best chance of being successful in the ballot, please indicate the number of tickets in each price category you would be happy to purchase. If you are unsuccessful in the higher price category for a particular event, you will automatically be entered into the ballot for any lower price categories you have selected.
• If successful, you will only be allocated tickets from one of your selected price categories for each event.
• Fields marked * are mandatory
• If you have an active 08 Card, you can enter your card number at the bottom of this form. This will enter you into to special ballot for the 08 Card’s exclusive allocation of tickets. Find out more about the 08 card here.
• No charges will be made to your credit/debit card unless you have successfully won the chance to purchase tickets through the ballot.
• You will be notified whether or not you were successful for each of the events you selected.
