For those wishing to learn news skills, a full programme of demonstration classes is available covering everything from bread making with Richard Bertinet to royal icing with Eddie Spence MBE. Free interactive features around the show include Renshaw's Modelling Magic where visitors can try their hand at sugar modelling, while the competitive among you can enter your best cake designs to be judged at the show in a range of competitions, or simply marvel at the creations of some of the country's most cutting edge cake artists showcased on Culpitt Cake Club's Display Tables.*
