The VIP package will include:

Coach Travel
Includes Return coach travel from your chosen departure town to Wembley Stadium on Saturday 31st May 2014.
Exact times of departure and your pick up point will be confirmed at a later date once we have established demand. Confirmation of your journey will be printed on physical coach tickets and delivered to you along with your entry tickets no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Before booking coach travel ensure you are available to travel at any point during the date of the event.
All coaches will aim to arrive at Wembley Stadium no later than 2 hours prior to doors opening. Dependent on demand some coaches may arrive earlier than this. Please note however we cannot be held responsible or be obliged to refund travel tickets, if there are delays on your journey due to heavy traffic or circumstances beyond our control.
Please keep your coach ticket(s) in a safe place, you will need them for both your inbound and outbound journey. Coach tickets are checked and only one seat per ticket is permitted. Responsibility for safekeeping of the coach ticket is with the ticket-holder.
Please ensure you are present at least 15 minutes before your advertised departure and return times. Coach drivers will not wait for latecomers under any circumstances and will depart without passengers who have not arrived on time. No refunds will be entitled for this occasion.
Our coaches will have a 'SEE COACHES' sign in the window and the town they are travelling from, as well as a coach number that will correspond to the one printed on your ticket. Please note there are no specific numbered bays used for bus stations or coach bays - Be at the pickup point and look for the relevant sign in the coach window.
We ask you make a mental note of where your coach parks once you reach Wembley Stadium. There are often many coaches from different companies parked in this area and you need to find your way back to the coach you originally travelled on once the event has finished. It may be advisable to ask for the driver's mobile number.
Coach drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers under the influence of alcohol if they feel they would pose a danger to other passengers. In such case no refund or compensation will be entitled.
If you require wheelchair access, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the coach will be able to facilitate this. We would advise against booking this package if this is the case.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel coach travel from any departure point if there is a lack of demand. In this instance we will inform all relevant purchasers as soon as possible for you to arrange other methods of transport, and refund the coach travel costs back to the cardholder.
