IMPORTANT - Reading Weekend tickets provide access to the site from 8am on Thursday 21st August at the EARLIEST. If any one wishes to enter the site from 6pm on Wednesday 20th August they must purchase an Early Entry Permit (£10, payable at time of booking via SEE TICKETS)

Under 13 (12 and under) are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

On site - Box Office opens Thursday 24th August - from 8am for on site ticket collections. Day tickets can only be collected on the event day in question. Customers must take along the credit card as I.D. as they will be asked to sign for the tickets and the signature checked against the card. Letters of authorisation and photocopies of the card will not be accepted.

DISCOUNTS / CONCESSIONS:
Children under 13 are admitted free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
Passport to Leisure cardholders are entitled to 10% discount on the face value of the ticket.
These tickets are only available from the Reading Hexagon in person and are limited to one per cardholder and are subject to availability.

WRISTBANDS:
Please note that tickets are not valid for entry to the arena
Customers must exchange their ticket for a wristband as soon as possible after arriving on site.
Re-admittance to the site is possible once they have been wristbanded.
You are responsible for your ticket until it is exchanged for a wristband. Please refer to point eight of the Terms & Conditions (lost and stolen tickets).
Entrance to the arena is only possible with a valid wristband, tickets will not be allowed through at this point.
Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
CAR PARKING:
Car park passes must be booked in advance from www.seetickets.com.
CAMPERVANS:
Campervan passes are available to purchase from www.seetickets.com

DIRECTIONS
To reduce traffic congestion, please travel by public transport where possible.

By Rail:
Reading Station is 40 minutes by train from Paddington or 80 minutes by train from Waterloo. Main station is approx. 15 mins walk from the site. National Rail enquiries 08457 48 49 50 or visit their website at www.thetrainline.com
Tilehurst Station is approx. 25 minutes walk from the site. Thames Trains run from Tilehurst to Oxford, Slough and London Paddington with stops or connections to many other destinations. For bookings call Thames Trains on 08457 300 700 or visit their website at www.thamestrains.co.uk.
By Road: Traffic from the East using the M4, please exit at Junction 11 and follow Festival signs. Traffic from the West using the M4, please exit at Junction 12 and follow Festival signs. On leaving the site M4 traffic should take A33 to junction 11 of M4
FOOD / CATERING:
Food for personal consumption only may be brought into the arena. There are plenty of outlets on site selling
food & drink. No alcohol / drinks bottles / glass bottles / cans / illegal substances to be brought into the arena.
WEATHER POLICY:
The event will go ahead regardless of poor weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the prevailing weather conditions. Bring sunscreen.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to adverse weather.
Terms & Conditions:
1. No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. No unaccompanied under 16's are allowed on site. Under 16's must be accompanied by over 18's.
4. Children under 13 (12 years old and under) are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. There may be exceptions to age restrictions/ticket requirements at one off events. Please refer to the information line or www.festivalrepublic.com for individual events.
5. No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferable.
6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to evict or refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
7. Festival Republic, The Astoria and its associated Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles - if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons.
8. The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
9. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Festival Republic. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
10. Entry will only be permitted on production of valid tickets. Tickets are only valid when presented in full. Tickets without stubs, defaced or otherwise incomplete will not be accepted for admission (please refer to point of purchase prior to the event in the case of accidental damage).
11. Strictly no trading allowed within the venue without the Promoter's consent.
12. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast as part of the audience or by security CCTV.
13. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of Festival Republic.

1. Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
2. Please use the litter bins and recycling points provided on site. Please do not drop litter on the way to and from the venue.
3. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.
4. The following items may not be brought in to the venue: Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Air Horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares. All Items will be confiscated.
5. You may be body searched at the entrance. Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, will be confiscated.
6. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
7. Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol may be refused entry to the site. Please only bring enough for personal consumption.
8. The following items may not be brought in to the arena: Alcohol, Drinks Bottles and Cans.
9. Sealed water bottles 500ml and under and food for personal consumption may be brought in to the arena.
10. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
11. No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
12. Fires are not permitted in the arena. The burning of plastics are not permitted anywhere on site. Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters or containers on to fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction from site.
13. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
14. As of July 2007 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings.
