If you are buying a Gallery GA Standing Ticket please note that the Gallery is the viewing area in the cupola at the top of the Royal Albert Hall - they are standing & they are high up - if you or any of the people who you may booking for suffer from vertigo or do not like heights please do not buy these tickets. Please be advised that if you buy them you will not be able to relocate to any other area of the Royal Albert Hall.
If you are buying a Choir seat please note they are situated at the side of the stage running towards the rear of the stage & ending at the organ on both East & West sides We have been advised there is no obstruction to your view of the stage but we respectfully point out that the seats are side/rear view & not do present a full frontal view of the stage'
Ticket limits

Ticket despatch
Any tickets purchased from a non-UK address will automatically be marked to collect at the box office at the venue. You will need to bring your purchase confirmation, the credit card against which your purchase was made, & id. Tickets purchased less then a week before the event will not be posted out. LOCATION The Royal Albert Hall is located in South Kensington facing onto Hyde Park and close to Kensington Palace.
By Train The closest over ground station is Victoria; from there you can take the District line on the Underground to South Kensington, It will take approximately twenty minutes to get to the venue, please check times on www.nationalrail.co.uk
By Tube South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines) and High Street Kensington (District and Circle Lines) are the closest Underground stations to the Hall. Walking to the Hall takes approximately 10 minutes from both stations. Please check www.tfl.gov.uk for more information.
By Bus The following bus routes run past the Hall, 52, 9, 10 and 360. The bus route 70 runs two minutes walk from the Hall. Please check www.tfl.gov.uk for further info.
By Car Getting to Kensington can be a slow process in a car - the area is normally very congested .If at all possible please leave you car at home & use public transport
Parking If you have to drive please not the street parking is severely limited around the venue & strict parking controls are in operation in the vicinity. The Hall does offer limited spaces from 6.00pm at Imperial College. Spaces cost £8.00 and must be booked in advance via the venue . Entrances to the car park can be found along Prince Consort Road and Exhibition Road.

Venue Rules - Current England & Wales Licensing laws are strictly enforced - Ticket holder may be subject to search - Tickets are non-refundable or transferable - Venue requests no bags allowed into the venue - The venue reserves the right to change the bill without prior notification. - Ticket holders consent to any filming and sound recordings as members of the audience - Ticket holders may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing - Ticket holders may be exposed to strobe lights - Only official merchandise is on sale inside the venue, do not buy outside. This is for your protection so that you will receive goods of proven quality. - No 'professional' type cameras, video cameras or sound recording equipment will be allowed in the venue. - Venue advises that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Venue advises only customers in possession of a valid ticket will be admitted into the venue. Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be replaced. - No re-admission policy is strictly enforced - No bottles, cans, alcohol or food is to be brought into the venue - No illegal substances may be brought into or taken on the premises. Any one caught in possession of such substances will be ejected form the premises and may be reported to the Police - Any ticket holder throwing drink & objects (beer, glasses etc) will be removed from the building and no refund given. Furthermore, customer details will be provided to the regulatory authorities should an offence be alleged to have taken place. - The venue management accepts no responsibility for acts of willful endangerment, or injuries caused thereby to yourself or other patrons whilst on the premises. - No weapons. The management reserve the right to define & confiscate - No ticket monies, booking fees etc will be refunded following ejection or refused entry. - No smoking anywhere within the venue complex - at it's discretion the venue management will allow smokers out of the venue to a smoking area.
