Ticket despatch

Any tickets purchased from a non-UK address will automatically be marked to collect at the box office at the venue. You will need to bring your purchase confirmation, the credit card against which your purchase was made, & id. Tickets purchased less then a week before the event will not be posted out. By Car Exit M6 at junction 44, follow A74 towards Glasgow. Continue along the A74 onto the M74 and exit the M74 at junction 4 towards Stirling, Uddingston. Continue onto the M73 and at junction 2 exit onto the M8. Exit M8 at junction 19 to Clydebank and follow the A814 (Argyle Street).

Take third left exit onto Douglas Street, take second left exit onto Waterloo Street. Follow Bishop Lane straight on, immediately turn right onto Pitt Street and another immediate right onto Bothwell Street. Turn immediately left onto Douglas Street and St Vincent Street is the second left.

Parking On street parking is available near the venue and is free during the evenings. However, the venue recommend you travel by public transport.

Venue Rules - Current Scotland Licensing laws are strictly enforced - Ticket holder may be subject to search - Tickets are non-refundable or transferable - Ticket holders consent to any filming and sound recordings as members of the audience - Ticket holders may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing - Ticket holders may be exposed to strobe lights - No re-admission policy is strictly enforced (smokers - see below) - No bottles, cans, alcohol or food is to be brought into the venue - No illegal substances may be brought into or taken on the premises. Any one caught in possession of such substances will be ejected form the premises and may be reported to the Police - Any ticket holder throwing objects (beer, glasses etc) will be removed from the building and no refund given. Furthermore, customer details will be provided to the regulatory authorities should an offence be alleged to have taken place. - No weapons. The management reserve the right to define & confiscate - No smoking anywhere within the venue complex -at it's discretion the venue management will handstamp smokers to allow them out of the venue to a smoking area. Management reserves right to refuse admission
