Customers with a disability and Wheelchair Access The Ricoh Arena is an accessible venue all the hospitality and the main concourse is at street level or serviced by passenger lifts, wheelchair seating areas are at main concourse level and gate entrances will be clearly marked on tickets.
We would advise that ambulant disabled customers select allocated seating as follows:
Telent Stand, rows K-V this will provide level entry from the concourse with steps up/down with handrail provision. Tesco and Telegraph stands, rows V-AA, these stands are approximately 14 steps up from concourse level with handrail provision and then steps to seats with handrail provision.
There are no or limited handrails outside of these areas.

For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to allow people on crutches or wheelchair users onto the Stadium or Arena Floor during standing concerts.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the Ricoh Arena, but owing to sound levels involved, we recommend that you do not bring Assistance dogs to concerts or other loud events.
Tickets for wheelchair users are only available directly from the venue on 0844 873 1883 (option 2, Mon-Sat, 10am-5pm)
Parental Guidance
Standing tickets are not suitable for under 14's and all children should be accompanied by an adult, also everyone entering the Ricoh Arena, child or adult of any age will require a valid ticket.
Artist's song lyrics may contain strong language.
Under 14s are not permitted in the standing area. It is recommended that under 14s purchase a reserved seat ticket.
