Doors open 1 hour prior to Start with the exception of matches against Sheffield, when doors will open 1 & 1/2 hours prior to the Start.

Prices: Gold - £16 (Blocks 5 & 15) Silver - Adults £15, Concessions £12 (Blocks 4,6,7,13,14,16,17) Bronze - Adults £14, Concessions £11, Under 14's £7 (Blocks 8-12) Concessions are over 60's, disabled, job seekers and students. PLEASE NOTE THAT PROOF OF CONCESSION MAY BE REQUIRED ON ENTRY TO THE ARENA.
Booking Fees: When booking on line or via the 24 hour ticketline hotline number, £1.50 per adult & concession ticket and £1 per Bronze Under 14.

Matches normally go on sale 3/4 weeks prior to the date of the game. Children under 2 years and not occupying a seat are free of charge, although an Under 2's ticket must be requested/issued.
Group offer available for bona fide groups of 10 or more: £1 off per ticket in Silver and Bronze only, plus 1 free ticket for every 10 purchased (2 free tickets when 20 purchased, 3 free tickets when 30 or more puchased etc). This offer can only be booked via the National Ice Centre Group Bookings on 0115 8533063, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Please note that the upper rows of the tiered seating may not be suitable for customers with movement difficulties or vertigo sufferers.
