Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Prizes are as described above. There is no cash alternative.

This Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of SEE, or any companies within the Stage Entertainment group, their associated companies, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.

The Prize Draw closes at 2pm GMT on the last day of every calendar month.

The prize draw is open to all subscribers to theboxoffice.com and a winner will be selected at random from the database.

To take part in the Prize Draw entrants must complete the entry form on the website in full.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your subscription.

On the closing date an independent person will draw 1 prize winner at random from all the eligible entries. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 hours.

There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them).

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

The prize is non-refundable and not transferable.

The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

Details of the prize winner's name and county will be available for one month after the draw by writing to "theboxoffice.com competition winners" at SEE, Manor House, 21 Soho Square, London, W1D 3QP.

The name and county of the winner may be used by the Promoter, and its associated companies, for post-event publicity purposes.
