TICKET INFORMATION

General admission: Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday £35; Thursday £40.00 - £47.50; Friday and Saturday £47.50

Premium tickets available at £65 which includes access to the private Kings Bar with inhabitants from Wonderland plus a free drink at the Tea Party.

The Wonderland Bar is open till 2am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday where you can play flamingo croquet, paint the roses red or explore the maze. With live music, cocktails from the Queen's Bar and delicious food from the Cook's Kitchen. Come and party in Wonderland.

Group rate (for group sizes of 8+): £29.50 per ticket Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

No group rate on Friday and Saturday

If you purchase your ticket from www.alice-underground.com or www.seetickets.com you will be issued with an email confirmation at the time of booking. Two weeks prior to the show you will receive an e-ticket to gain entry. Tickets will not be dispatched so please make sure you save the email containing your ticket.

Arrival time: Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your allotted show time. There are strictly no late admissions.

Running time: 90 minutes

All ticket holders have access to the Wonderland Bar which is open till 2am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday where you can play flamingo croquet, explore the maze or simply relax with the world's last remaining Dodo whilst trying to avoid the advances of the White Knight. With live music, cocktails from the Queen's Bar and delicious food from the Cook's Kitchen come and party in Wonderland.

We do not allow the use of cameras and filming during the performance but you will be able to take photos in the Wonderland bar after seeing the show.

Dress Code: red/black

Visitors are requested to hand over luggage, chests , paraphernalia (or quite simply bags) on arrival at the Queen's cloakroom.

Age: Recommended for 11+. Children aged between 11 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There are bars and food at Wonderland. Please do not bring any food or drink onto site.

ACCESS

Customers who suffer from claustrophobia, nyctophobia or heart conditions should be advised that certain sections may be unsuitable and we are unable to dictate the route of the audience member. A number of spaces are quite small and scenes may be intense. There will be escape options within scenes but we would strongly advise people to carefully think before attending. Alices Adventures Underground is suitable for pregnant women but please be advised that the show is 90 minutes long and you will be required to stand for the majority of the performance and there will be limited access to bathroom facilities.

Wonderland is going to offer every visitor a unique theatrical experience. No two people will have the same experience, there will be twists, turns and surprises on your journey. Due to the limitations of the venue, Wheelchair and Limited Mobility visitors and their carers will be taken, in parts, on their own individual experience, just like a limited number of other audience members will during their journeys. Please be assured that your experience is guaranteed to be as full and as interactive as any other Wonderland visitor.

In order to make this experience as special as possible, if you have any Access requirements, we will need to guide you through both the booking process and provide you with instructions on what to do on the day of your performance.

Due to the restrictions of the venue, there is a minimum door width of 760mm.

The route will involve a ramp incline of 1 in 6.

TICKET PRICE

There are no concessions on the ticket price, but for each Access ticket sold we will provide a complimentary carer ticket.

Unfortunately Premium Tickets are not available within the carer ticket arrangement.

TO MAKE A BOOKING

Please call the Access team at See Tickets on 0871 230 1557 (calls are charged at 10p per minute plus standard network charges) who will be able to make a booking and provide further information on the show and Wonderland. Unfortunately Access tickets cannot be booked online.

Please provide as much information as possible on your Access requirements in order to ensure that your visit to Wonderland is as enjoyable as possible..

ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW

For all of our visitors, arrival time is 15 minutes prior to your performance time. Please make yourself known to any member of the Front of House team who will direct you to the commencement of your performance.

ACCESSIBLE PERFORMANCE OPTIONS

WHEELCHAIR USERS
Due to the restrictions of the venue, there is a maximum door width of 900mm.
The route will involve a ramp incline of 1 in 8.
Wonderland is accessible to both Wheelchair users and those with Limited Mobility. However due to the limitations of the building, Wheelchair places will be limited to one guest per performance slot, subject to availability.
We will provide a dedicated guide to accompany you and your carer through Wonderland.
For guests with Limited Mobility, there will be limited seating at the venue and you will be standing for the majority of the experience, so please do bring any accessories you may need to help with this.

VISUAL IMPAIRMENT
Wonderland is going to be a multi-sensory treat and visitors with visual impairments will have a rich and rewarding experience. There will be resources available from the Front of House team on the performance day to enhance your experience. For your safety we do require a carer to accompany you through Wonderland (as above, their ticket is complimentary).
We will be offering a Touch Tour in due course. Please keep checking this page for further information which will be published shortly. If you would like to get your tickets to the show booked now, you will be welcome to come back to attend the Touch Tour with your show ticket.

BSL INTERPRETATION
For those visitors who are Hard of Hearing, due to the nature of the show, you will be able to enhance your experience as you move through Wonderland.
We will be offering BSL Interpretation performances in due course. Please keep checking this page for further information which will be published shortly.

During your visit to Wonderland there will be audience participation, which may involve consuming food and drink. Please see a list of ingredients below if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

Sugar, Glucose, Gelatine, Natural rhubarb essence, Vanilla custard syrup (no dairy included), Malic acid, Natural food colouring, Bird's custard powered (maize starch, salt, flavouring, colour), bi-carbonate of soda. These sweets may contain traces of nuts.
