Betley Court Farm is a 252 acre working farm, sited in an area of special scientific interest in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
No animal displays or any animal exhibits will take place.
There will be no opportunity for contact between Concert ticket holders and any farm animals.
All farm animals will have been removed from the Concert Arena site at least 8 weeks prior to the Concert weekend.
BBQ's are not permitted at the event.
This is an open air event so customers are asked to come prepared with sunscreen and sensible clothing (evenings may be cooler). Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted to ensure views are not obscured. The concerts will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather unless there is a health and safety risk.
Audio and visual recording equipment is not permitted.
Food and drink concessions are available within the arena so please don't bring these items with you. Customers will not be permitted to take these items into the venue

Customers advised to arrive early to avoid any traffic queues into Betley Court Farm.
Ample FREE car parking.
All visitors will be required to go through the security check point on entry to the Concert Arena when it opens.
Security reserves the right to search any customers and their possessions when entering the Concert Arena. Customers requested to read the ticket conditions.

Parking is Free and is located on site at Betley Court Farm, CW3 9BH

Wheelchair and Disabled ticket holders will be able to park by placing their blue badge in the car window.


There are a number of bars selling a wide range of beers, real ale, cocktails, wine, spirits, champagne and soft drinks.
Cash will be accepted on all bars.
The event operates a 'Challenge 25' policy. If customers look under 25, they will not be served alcohol unless they are wearing an over 18 wristband.

Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited.
Live video/ audio recordings made without permission are prohibited.
You can bring personal cameras and of course use your phone.

There are ATMs situated on site.
These make a small transaction charge.
We strongly recommend bringing enough money for the day, though, as even queuing for cash is a few minutes wasted

There will be a disabled viewing area.
