Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent , spot on Myself , husband & older children loved this event. Touching & hilarious in turns & have spent much of the day chattimg about it and recommending to pals . Have just apologised to my neutered ginger tom cat for not providing him with a lover. What a wonderful tribute to a parent .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful handling of difficult subject Was not expecting to laugh so much! Painful stuff was covered so affectionately and with such humour and candour that I couldn't help but laugh and cry all at the same time. Would strongly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made my family seem almost normal! I went to this show expecting it to be a play, so was slightly surprised to see David Baddiel himself on stage! But I absolutely loved it. I have no idea how David has managed to be so well adjusted given his massively eccentric upbringing. His mother was extraordinary and you feel like you actually knew her yourself by the end of Davids skillfull and moving monologue. Best 20 quid I've spent at the theatre for ages.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everybody should see this What an amazing tribute to his family, David Baddiel told the story of his family with the most wonderful honesty and humour, it made us laugh and cry. Everybody should see this to understand how these life events can be helped with humor, wonderful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just absolutely brilliant..... Really loved this show. It's both funny and poignant. There's lots of stories that David tells which leave you feeling like you shouldn't really be laughing, but he tells them in such a way that it's difficult not to. Of course you leave realising that many of the stories told make you think about the quirks of your own family and these are the many things that will make you smile, laugh and have such fond memories of your loved ones once they are no longer with you. It's a great show in a beautiful theatre. Thoroughly recommend it

More Information about David Baddiel - My Family: Not The Sitcom

Back by popular demand following a critically-acclaimed West End run and sold out residency at the Menier Chocolate Factory, My Family: Not the Sitcom is a massively disrespectful celebration of the lives of David Baddiel's late mother, Sarah, and dementia-ridden father, Colin. It's a show about memory, ageing, infidelity, dysfunctional relatives, moral policing on social media, and gay cats. Come and be offended on David's behalf for the final time in the West End.
