What people are saying about Echo And The Bunnymen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Macca makes Picturedrome his mecca The Picturedrome is a great venue and was graced with the presence of genuine rock and roll legend last Thursday night. We got the lot and some. Fantastic set, virtuoso performance, banter with the audience and that feeling like neither the band or the fans wanted it to end. Nothing ever lasts forever but that one will live long in the memory. We got Ocean Rain!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Echo and the Bunnymen storm Holmfirth with cracking gig. This is the 3rd time I have seen The Bunnymen in the last 4 years and this was definitely the best of the 3 performances. Ian McCulloch really struck up a rapport with the audience, having banter with the front row and saying how The Picturedrome was a favourite venue to play. The set consisted of a lot of their earlier tracks from Crocodiles, along with banging singles such as Never Stop,The Cutter,Lips like Sugar,Seven Seas and the tracks where Mac goes off on a ramble, add-libbing great songs into the track, like on "Do it Clean" and "Bring on the Dancing Horses". To top it all, they did the track that me and my wife love the best and they have never played before when I have seen them..."My Kingdom". A fabulous evening topped off by 3 encores....Bring on the next Bunnymen tour!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock legends who are still top of there game What can you say about a truelly excellent gig, from beginning to end they entertained. I'd not seen them for 20 years and now I'm regretting not seeing them more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bully boy Mcculloch It was great until the 6ft 4 tall mcculloch assaulted his sound engineer by punching him and shouting abuse at him infront of us all on stage. A clear case of bullying over a clearly timid and physically inferior employee. Shame on him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never miss the chance to see them Went with friends who have followed them for 30 years, we're older, greyer, balder but the songs are as fresh as ever. Great on record, monumental live... If you have the chance to see the GO!!!
