Shelter and SEE Tickets - This isn’t the point of an advance ballot before general release! I understand people are always disappointed when a concert with as limited availability as this comes around but this ballot/ticket system has been poorly thought through if the purpose of it is meant to be fair. Cannot adequately tell you how disappointing this is.

this is a total con, also received an email this evening, went straight on and it said they were unavailable. What a joke, a ballot means enough tickets for the people who were lucky, I would like see ticket/shelter to answer what has gone wrong. I will have one very disappointed partner when he gets home. The joke is there are tickets already on other sites for over £100. This is meant to be for Charity!!!

Isn't typical that companies that should know better seek to make money from what supposed to be a charity event. I was over joyed to get the e-mail saying that I'd been successful in the ballot only to find not only I couldn't get the promised tickets from See tickets but that they are on sale elsewhere. This is an out and out con and those in charge should be held to account, isn't it about time we had laws to prevent this!

I don’t understand. I get an email saying that I have been successful in the ballot. I log on instantly and get all the way through to the payment page and then *Bang* no tickets left! Within 4 minutes of getting the email really?! Totally devastated. What a horrible system of balloting. The excitement I had crushed in minutes.

How can you basically win a ballot but not be able to book tickets. I just dosent make any sense what so ever. Surely you'd think that they would make it possible for all the ballot winners to get tickets, otherwise what is the point of the ballot?

Like everyone else, terribly disappointed in this - feel sorry for Shelter, a great charity, who have been let down by one of their partners at a time when Shelter need the money to support their great campaigns. At the very least, SEE tickets should provide an apology and explanation.

Like many others I thought I had missed out when I didn't get an email on Monday, was so excited to get the email today as I had tickets to an Emeli Sande gig a while ago but was in hospital so I couldn't go, thought I was finally going to get to see her but no just disappointment again, there are already tickets on Stubhub going for over £100!! :-(

It's a bit of a harsh sham if you ask me! Why say you've won and then still let you go through to the payment page only to say "last ticket was sold whilst i was entering my payment details in...'? I tried 20mins later and it let me in again and got the same result! Come on See Tickets sort it out! Not happy!!

What a farce! Like others I understand that 'successful' meant tickets are available to all those 'specially selected'. But clearly not. What a sham!

really really cross - got through to checkout and then it said they were all sold - how come ? surely you only issue as many emails to successful bidders as you have tickets

It's just a total joke. Why have a ballot if you then offer the tickets to far to many. total Scam just for people's contact details. What are SEE playing at?

Where is the "promotional code box " it tells you to put the code in?! Or is the sentence "promotional/registration tickets are currently unavailable" in the box you would have been able to put the code in?! I guess from what everybody's saying, that all the tickets we 'won' in the ballot are now sold out...To be fair, the email does say "don't hang around , tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis" which covers them. I thought when I didn't get an email on Monday evening (when they said the 'successful ballot winners' would be notified), that I'd been unsuccessful. What I'm now wondering is whether some of those people who had the opportunity on Monday didn't actually buy them for some reason and hence this second email to us tonight. I didn't see my email until an hour ago, but I do agree with the poster who said surely you only issue as many emails as successful bidders, it appears not, wonder what Emeli would think of this extremely disappointing and unfair way of treating people... I for one certainly won't be using SEE tickets in the future...

Ok sadden by this totally upset my morning, I'm am so disappointed by this scam and shambles to promote such an amazing talent ( one of which my daughter I were so excited at attending) and the charity SHELTER, I support shelter on a month by month basis and feel totally sad for not only the charity ( who would only really get pennies ) but for the fans and the excited followers like ourselves who have been given false and misleading information, I think Trading Standards or similar needs to investigate this, EXPLANATION AND 'FALSE ADVERTISING' is not ethical SHAME ON YOU SEE TICKETS, I KNOW WHAT IM GONNA DO !!

I thought I hadn't got anything in the ballot given that I didn't receive the email on Monday, so imagine my excitement to get the email tonight saying I was in. Brilliant I thought. I must get them before they go on sale tomorrow and I miss my chance. It turns out I never had a chance anyway!!! I feel conned!! How can I be successful in the ballot but within 1 hour am unable to get tickets?????????????? WRONG!!

This is ridiculous, i was really looking forward to this, and like many other people what is the point of entering a ballet if you have more ballot winners than tickets!!! See tickets you need to sort this out!!!!!!!!!!!!
