sorry but people were buying tickets at 8:55? That shouldn't even be allowed and not giving enough time for people to enter their card details. I reckon they should refund all the tickets sold and let us all do it again. ASSHOLES. Get the timing right.

I'm never buying anything off this site again, they messed up big time. People have been waiting a long time for this, and then there go good ol' see tickets putting them on sale early. TWATS

This entire system is crap. I came on here at 8.05 and was refreshing since then, and nearing the time, I got that damn busy screen and when I did manage to get on, and got 2 tickets in my basket and entered my detail's, the second I pressed send you said they were out of stock, that's not right, that's not how it should work. It should be first come first serve, not who can type their details in fastest, I am not 3. So things you need to fix.. 1) if its meant to go on sale at 9am Then put it on sale AT 9AM. 2) if people have managed to actually select tickets and are putting in their details, PUT THE TICKETS ON RESERVE. 3) when it is expected that you'll experience 'very high volumes of traffic' kindly take technical measures to keep it running. You shouldn't have to be told how to run a ticket site by an 18 year old.

Ridiculous situation that Fall Out Boy's actual fans don't get a chance to see them play their first UK gig after a 4 year hiatus...Thanks a lot SeeTickets, this meant a hell of a lot to some people and you completely fucked up. And it's disgusting that you're deleting people's comments on this page because you're so embarrassed by your errors.
