Open air event so customers asked to come prepared with sunscreen and sensible
clothing (evenings may be cooler). Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted
to ensure views are not obscured. The concerts will not be cancelled in the
event of inclement weather.

Audio and visual recording equipment is not permitted.

Food and drink concessions are available within the arena so please don't bring
these items with you. Customers will not be permitted to take these items into
the venue. Customers are asked to allow plenty of time for their journey and
arrive early to enjoy the atmosphere and avoid the stress of travelling during
rush hour.

Car parking is not provided at this venue, however, there are a number of pay
and display car parks near the venue.

The Box Office is located within the Old Royal Naval College grounds and will
be available for ticket purchase and collection. One the day of the event the
Box Office will be open from 10am.
