St Petersburg Ballet Theatre's busy international touring season concludes with the world renowned prima ballerina Irina Kolesnikova leading the company in the debut London Irina Kolesnikova Season. Featuring international guest stars and performed with a live orchestra, the spectacular Kolesnikova leads this internationally acclaimed company in two thrilling productions - Swan Lake and La Bayadère. The exotic and mesmerising La Bayadère is a tale of love, murder and vengeful judgement by the gods, set in the legendary India. Set to a lyrical score by Ludwig Minkus, this powerful ballet features the frequently performed and mesmerising sequence the Kingdom of the Shades.
