Rated 5 out of 5 by Usine81 from 50hz and more! Jah Wobble & The Invaders of the Heart were absolutely tremendous! What a band! The venue was great, the sound was superb, everything could be heard, even though it wasn't a quiet performance; as Jah wittily said to his soundman, "let's get this up to 50hz!" And they did! An incredible back catalogue was rifled through, including a well-represented Metal Box in the form of Socialist, and Poptones, which was so stunning that an audience member shouted "beautiful!" at the end..and it was! With a deep reggae reading of Public Image Limited, and nods to solo single success with Sinead O'Conner in the form of Visions of You, and Wobble's brilliant version of the Get Carter theme, it was a fantastic gig!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jmarethhall from Amazing! I haven't seen him in concert for 25-30yrs. He played Queens Hall in Bradford back then and blew me away. I still think that was my favourite gig of all time. Friday at Huddersfield did not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by davidcharles from What a Gig, Best in Years Re: Wobble gig last July 2015. Sorry for delay. Wow, where do I start? Great venue, intimate and full of atmosphere. Jah Wobble was on top form. I grew up on roots, dub, listening to the Great John Peel so it was a natural progression to hear PIL and Wobble. His hypnotic bass playing was a gem! He did some classic PIL and early eighties Wob stuff which gave me goose bumps! Great long set and varied. The P.A. was phat! A chest thumper! Superb night! Long live the Wob!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mister Steve from Loose yourself in the sound of Bass I've seen Jah Wobble twice now and he never ceases to amaze me with his bass lines, as a bass player I am transferred in to Jah Wobbles world. Wobble uses Ashdown amps and speakers which move some serious air At this gig Wobble played the same set as the last but at this location The Brundell Social Club you are right next to the stage and can feel the bass line move through your body The best of example of this is when Wobble played Fodderstomph the whole audience was gripped in the grove. The set list is basically his new CD collection Redux from public image to invaders of the heart with cover versions such as Java and Liquidator The musicians who support Wobble are amazing and can been seen to be clearly enjoying performing Wobble takes time out after the gig to speak with the fans he has done this on both occasions I have seen him and he is a genuinely nice guy with time for everyone I would recommend Jah Wobble to anyone and would definately see him live again
