*Opening Times
*LaplandUK is open daily from 29th November 2014 until Christmas Eve with the exception of 2nd, 9th, 10th, 16th December which are closed.
*Tours depart every 30 minutes. The first tour of the day departs at 9am or 10am and the last tour at 5, 5.30 or 6pm. Each tour lasts approximately three and a half hours
*Your personalised meeting with Father Christmas is approximately three hours after your arrival time

*Tickets range from ?45 per person to ?75 for premium tickets plus SEE booking fees.
*Every visitor over the age of 12 months requires a ticket for entry to LaplandUK
*Included in the ticket price is a personalised invitation to every child by post, entry into Father Christmas' arctic homeland, an elf passport for every child, all activities, ice skating and a beautiful keepsake gift for every child.
*Premium tickets include an additional limited edition dated keepsake 10cm hand painted LaplandUK bauble per booking from Father Christmas

*Superstar Days
*At LaplandUK we recognise that not all of our visitors are able bodied with many having additional needs.
*Superstar days are days that have been especially tailored to support the special needs community which we hope will enable more children or adults with special needs to experience the magic of Father Christmas.
*LaplandUK's Superstar Day will take place on Wednesday 3rd December. LaplandUK has subsidised the Superstar ticket by reducing the capacity of each tour by 30% to give greater flexibility and attention to our Superstars. Every visitor attending a Superstar day requires a ticket costing ?40 plus SEE booking fee
