Ticketing Information

A booking fee of 1.75 per ticket applies, plus a 1.56 transaction fee to
cover postage etc.

See Tickets are donating 50p for each ticket sold to Demelza Hospice Care

(Registered Charity No. 1118361)

Music on the Hill is organised by the Children's Development Trust
(Registered Charity No. 1125389).

The event is 100% to benefit Demelza Hospice Care for Children and Teens
Unite Fighting Cancer This really is great music for a great cause!

Please note that See Tickets are acting as agents for The Children's
Development Trust, and that your transaction will be directly with the
charity.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please take care of
tickets as duplicates cannot be issued.

Inevitably, bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel
will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a
concert is started but later abandoned.

Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the promoter and
as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date.
The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out within 2 weeks of your
ticket purchase. If tickets have not arrived after this time please call the
box office on 08448737342

After 9am on 12 July 2013 any tickets bought via phone/internet are to be
collected from the Music on the Hill Ticket Kiosk on the day of the event
from 5.00pm for shows on 19 July and from 11am on Saturday 20 July and
Sunday 21 July.

After 9am on the day of a concert, any remaining tickets will be for sale on
site only at Music on the Hill (Please note it will not be possible at this
time to book by phone)

Ticket holders consent to photography that may be used for promotional
purposes.

General Concert Information

The event is 100% to benefit Demelza Hospice Care for Children and Teens
Unite Fighting Cancer. This really is great music for a great cause!

You are welcome to come along and enjoy pre-show, high quality food and drink,
which will be on sale from Kent Producers. A cash bar service will also be
available; please note that photo ID will be required. Please do not bring
any glassware into the arena area, nor personal barbecues.

Music On The Hill welcomes children when accompanied by an adult and no
charge is made for those aged 5 and under. We reserve the right to request
ID in such cases.

Although we love animals as much as you do, please leave them at home to
enjoy the peace!

Toilet facilities, including services for disabled guests will be available
within the arena.

Some weather shelter is provided in the area - but please note that this is a
first come, first serve basis.

Smoking is not permitted within public enclosed or production areas. The use
of any 'recreational' drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in you
being asked to leave the arena with no return permitted.

Lost Property: if you do happen to lose anything please report it to a member
of our team. If you find anything that does not belong to you, please hand it
in, again to a member of our team.

Please ensure that you dispose of all rubbish in the areas provided, making
use of the recycling facilities wherever possible.

First Aid is available on site; if you require medical attention please
contact a Music On The Hill team member.

A wide choice of merchandise will be available within the arena, any vendors
selling such items outside is not authorised by Music On The Hill and neither
charity will benefit from such purchases.

Car parking is available, please see the 'Getting There' section below.

Your safe enjoyment of Music On The Hill is our top priority and therefore we
will not tolerate any anti-social behaviour towards other guests, team
members of artists. In such cases, we will ensure immediate eviction of
anybody our team members believe to be acting in such a way to cause harm or
annoyance to others.

We do ask that guests to take care of their possessions and advise that the
organisers will not be held responsible for any losses.

Should any guest become aware of a fire, please alert any team member
immediately.

Regrettably we are not able to offer camping facilities for Music On The Hill.



Getting there


Music On The Hill is easy to get to!

Road
Located at Kings Hill, on the A228 just 5 minutes from junction 4 of the M20
motorway, offering easy access from London, Bromley, Canterbury, Dover,
Ashford, Thanet and Medway.

Car Parking
There will be car parks available near the venue, for which we would suggest
a ?2.00 donation. Stewards will assist you with parking once you are at Kings
Hill.

Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are just along the A228 and A26 and Sevenoaks
is 30 mins on the A20/A25.

Train
West Malling station is very close to Kings Hill, with services from London
Victoria in under an hour. Direct services are also available from Canterbury
West, Ashford, Bromley South and Otford. A shuttle bus service will transfer
guests from the station directly to Kings Hill. Taxis are also available from
the station.

Access Information

Disabled guests may access the site in advance of the general public. A
limited number of wheelchairs will be available at the entrance to the Music
Festival, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority parking for blue badge
holders is allocated nearest to the concert entrance for disabled customers.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first
serve basis. Accessible toilets are provided at the main block of temporary
toilets.
