BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Generation of Z Ltd Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Latecomers will NOT be admitted as, due to the immersive nature of the show, there is not a suitable break in the performance. If a ticket-holder is late for an event and not admitted, no exchange or refund of tickets will be due. We will endeavor to accommodate you at the next performance where possible. 2. The Generation of Z is a promenade performance and the audience will be split into smaller groups throughout. We cannot guarantee all members of a party will remain together. 3. Purchase is final and tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Exception is made only in the case of a performance being cancelled. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to any rescheduled performance or other performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or a refund. 4. Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to make any alteration to the advertised arrangements or the cast. 5. There are a limited number of concession tickets offered to bookers aged 16 - 25 years old. If concession tickets have been booked, valid proof of concession for each ticket must be shown upon entry. If proof cannot be shown you will be charged the full adult ticket cost. 6. Tickets will be emailed to you once the booking process is completed. Please arrive at the performance with your ticket printed out or ready to show on your mobile device. 7. The Generation of Z Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach our Terms and Conditions or any Rules and Regulations of the venue where the performance is being held. We may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. 8. To enrich your experience, we will email you prior to the event with additional content and information about your visit. These emails will be separate to the emails you receive if signed up to the Generation of Z mailing list 9.
