I live in the UK and I am disgusted that I was charged a conversion fee + admin Charge for each ticket + postage totalling to $96 for 4 tickets. So loyal fans are charged this, yet O2 customers tomorrow are charged less in fees?

At least you got tickets. I was pressing 'try again' for 2 hours. I eventually got on the ticketing site and it was all sold out. I was on the site at 9am bang on and already it had exceeded capacity? Total BS.

did anyone else have difficulty getting tickets from 02 priority? I was on the site well before tickets went on sale, got directed 2 a 'virtual waiting room' and was stuck there for 2 hours! and all the tickets sold out! so unfair! :((

yesterday on 02 priority i had tickets for the manchester 9th may show, but released them to try an get closer seats.........lol......... lost the lot.......... lmfao....... i can laugh now but was gutted yesterday............ serves me right..... for not accepting them lol.....

Seriously how can I go as far as putting my details in, within 60 seconds to it being sold out. Surely if I get that far the tickets should be reserved for x amount of time. Not happy. Especially as it was 9.34am! See Tickets sort this out!

I'd been waiting from 9am literally internet and phone at the ready its disgusting and now all those companies that have tickets are selling them at extorionate prices its a scam absolutely disgusting. Just not good enough. Something should be done unfortunately I don't know what.

Hi, we need to put a stop to this online ticket touting companies. I could not get Beyonce tickets either. The way forward is to supprt Sharon Hodgsons MP online ticket touting bill which means that these companies can not sell the tickets at such high prices and it stops fan like us from getting rippped off. http://www.sharonhodgson.org/channel-4-dispatches-the-great-ticket-scandal-expose
