The Orwells Tickets
Rated 4 out of 5 by JMCD644 from One of my favourite bands played my favourite venue in Glasgow. The 5 boys from Chicago,The Orwells, were super amazing. They create so much Buzz and energy with a huge sleazy sound. The crowd was sweating, crowd surfing, jumping to every beat of every song and then got all excited as Mario the lead singer decided to jump off an amp and into their arms . it was just pure awesomeness. A fantastic night, and a band you should not miss if they come to your town.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ryan1888 from One of the best gigs ever! When The Orwells came in the place just erupted, as soon as the first song came on everyone went off their head. There was not one person at the front belting out the words to their songs and the band actually seemed shocked at how amazing the crowd was. The new songs from Terrible Human Beings banged and considering the album was only released a few weeks before, there were so many people that looked like they knew all of the words already. There was a good balance of mosh-pitting and crowd surfing which led to Mario (lead Singer) Climbing up a set of amps about 15ft high and launching himself into the crowd. When the gig seemed it could not get any better the band started to play Steady as she go's by the raconteurs which gave a great response from the crowd. Of course there was an encore at the end after the fans shouted "One more tune!" repeatedly, at this point I think i'd lost my voice. Up there as one of the best gigs I've been at along with Palma Violets (first gig) and baby strange at the O2 ABC
