Rated 5 out of 5 by Gdb1 Cheshire from Absolutely fantastic! The Strypes were energetic and entertained from the start. The crowd/atmosphere was electric. My daughter (15) and her friend were in the mosh. Good night had by all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meg1 from One of the best bands you'll see live Me and my friends were 3 of about 9 teenage girls there, and we had a great time. Due the old age of the crowd (pretty much everyone was 35+) there wasn't much moshing or dancing but the band still played with more energy than I've ever seen, despite on stage technical difficulties. Words can not describe the buzz The Strypes crest when they play live; you simply have to experience it for yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rogrog22 from A mad night I've seen the strypes about 4 times, this event being the fourth - and this was by far the most amazing, the crowd were lively and the acoustics were perfect for the bands sound. A good venue, a good crowd and an amazing band!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ThomasRogers98 from Fantastic As Usual!!! Went to see the Strypes for my 4th time and yet again they were absolutely brilliant. Crowd was superb also. Pete recognised me and my mate and got my friend a t-shirt from their merchendise out of his own money. Great night again! Roll on the next one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Myke from Rock & Roll is alive and well. In an age of manufactured goo spawned by the likes of Simon Cowell, like a hot knife through butter stride the magnificent Strypes bearing the standard of hard driving blues orientated guitar led rock & roll. This young Irish foursome having learned their craft from their dads' vinyl collections wear their influences as a badge of pride. With a set list drawn from their debut album and their second offering interspersed with some classics of the blues rock genre, the major problem of the night was trying to keep your feet still. A tremendous sound superbly mixed with the raw energy of The Pirates and Dr Feelgood, the Strypes are the torch bearers of bopping live music, anyone failing to tap their feet or dance along must have been prematurely embalmed. If they are advertised for a gig anywhere near you do yourself a favour grab a ticket with both hands, give your ears a treat and refresh the parts that chart music can't reach.
