Sorry there are no shows for Warpaint right now.
Rated 5 out of 5 by DaniMount20 from Best concert I've been to, so much energy, I was the only one going for it though. I travelled down from Orkney, Scotland to Birmingham to see Warpaint. The event was worth the whole trip and if I had the choice to do it again I would without a second thought. The only thing I would change is finding and picking up the guitar pick that Emily threw to me quicker before that girl found it and boasted about it afterwards. The band sound the same if not a lot better live and I love the added bits and complementary composition from each member which is very clear when they play. The set list was good, there was a mixture of songs from old to new which was nice and they played my favourites on the new album (So Good, The Stall, Above Control, Heads Up etc). The sound quality was great, the timing and way each member compliments another and the energy was phenomenal. The speed and extra bits on each track was brilliant and par from a couple of technical issues with sound (but hey that's the special thing about playing real live music) the whole performance was amazing, as usual - I expect nothing less from Warpaint who now for sure have showed me how talented each member is and how as a band they can only go up. The interaction with the crowd was nice and they made you feel homely and welcome with just the way they acted, dressed, performed and clearly they feel the music as opposed to just playing it. Same way I felt the music, I was in complete ecstasy and was dancing my heart out, I couldn't help it, it was impossible to stop swaying and moving and afterwards I realised I was on such a high (whether that was adrenaline, the love for them, the music and the atmosphere...) Their music generally does that but this was much more intense and the whole experience is one I am never going to forget. Thank you Warpaint. I am now a even bigger fan and look forward to other events from the band in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SazzyJ from Exquisite The dreamiest of nights watching such an amazing band. Their records are beautiful but live they are something else. They filled the venue with their sound and passion. So flawless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Youngpab from It was OK My first time watching Warpaint, and I just found it all robotic and dull. They never really interact with the audience and I couldn't wait for it too end to be honest. I just got the impression they really didn't want to be there in Manchester. .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fuzzy from Do Mention the Warpaint They are sooo cool - aren't they. Its Jah Wobble on bass with Banshees style ringing and echoing guitars and Bjorky vocals which are best when they are all singing together (as they do at times - even the drummer). The vocal effects were sometimes so powerful that not a single word could be differentiated but it was still dreamy and yet vaguely dark - like Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit. I love Undertow, Love is to Die and New Song - shame they didn't do Billie Holiday though. They should also do more talking between songs.
