Access into the theatre: 2 steps up through double doors opening outwards into the Box Office. Box Office counter to the left. No steps through the foyer bar into the Dress Circle (1 step between rows). 29 steps down to the Stalls which has a fairly steep rake. 25 steps up then 8 down to the Upper Circle. Staircases have handrails on both sides.

Each wheelchair user must be accompanied by a helper.
Please contact the Theatre Manager on arrival.

An usher will take you through the gates to the left of the building to an alternative entrance which leads to the Dress Circle. 1 step down to 2 spaces for wheelchair users at E13-15. You will be positioned at a slight angle and the view of the top of the stage is restricted by approx. 15%. Transfer seating available to aisle seats for wheelchairs and scooters (4 transferees max).

There are no adapted toilets but womens' toilet in foyer is usable by someone able to leave their chair with assistance.
Seats 1-5 and 17-21 in row N in Stalls.
Infra-red system with 8 headsets. Induction loop at the Box Office.
MasterPark at Trafalgar Square and Whitcomb Street. NCP at Upper St Martin's Lane. There is a taxi rank at Charing Cross.
Guide dogs are not allowed inside the auditorium. Staff are happy to dog-sit and can look after a maximum of 3 guide dogs per performance. They will be looked after in the stage door area or in the manager's office.
