The museum, shop and tearooms are all on the ground floor. There are 3 steps to the front entrance , there is level entry, except for a threshold via the side entrance. There is wheelchair access, although parts of the museum are narrow. The number of wheelchairs accommodated at one time may be restricted. There are no disabled toilets.
