The Dome is a 14+, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (unless otherwise specified) venue. No refunds will be given to those who booked tickets incorrectly.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked for I.D. to purchase alcohol at the bar. The venue reserves the right to refuse service. General Access Info
We currently do not have access for non-ambulatory persons to The Dome, this is something we are hoping to change very soon. The site does not currently have a disabled welfare facility. We offer a free ticket for a personal assistant of registered disabled customers that we can safely admit to the premises. In order to access this offer, we will ask for you to provide proof of one of the following: CEA Card, Access Card, Blue Badge, DLA, Attendance Allowance or PIP to register for a free personal assistant ticket, please purchase your concert ticket as normal and then contact us here. We ask that you get in contact for a free personal assistant ticket at least 7 days in advance of the event you wish to attend, and please note that personal assistant tickets are given away on a first come, first serve basis from within a limited allocation. Once we have been contacted, we will aim to come back to you within 72 hours with instructions of what to do next, and our staff will be notified of your arrival as agreed.
