Casual Theatre Call Centre Operator
This position is for a casual operator.
Working in an inbound call centre, duties include booking West End theatre tickets for customers.
You must have call centre experience and be IT literate. Experience is essential, do not apply unless you have experience. An interest in theatre would be desirable.
Our call centre is open 8am to 10pm 7 days per week. As a casual member of staff you are able to request what hours you would like to work and what days you would like to work and if we have the hours available then you will be able to work them. We preferably would like you to work a good mix of day and evening shifts along with weekends too also requesting to work at least 20 hours per week minimum.
Start date is Monday 20th April 2015, please only apply if you are able to start that week. You will need to be available initially Monday to Friday that week, 9am to 5pm each day to complete training, again if you cannot commit to the training then please do not apply.
