TICKET INFORMATION

You can still book for the reserved enclosure (see arena map). There will be a limited number of tickets for the 2 reserved areas where you can picnic in the front section of the arena - perfect for those not able to arrive in time to gain entry at our new early access time! Please note that seating is on a first come first served basis and no chairs, rugs, tables or picnics will be provided in this area.

For Children aged 6 to 15 inclusive, a discount of ú10 applies on general admissions and the reserved picnic area.

Children under 6 go free.

We reserve the right to offer ticket discounts/promotions at our discretion etc. No refunds can be made for completed purchases or transactions retrospectively.

Buying tickets for carers/Companions
Ticket holders are entitled to one free ticket for an essential carer/companion to accompany them to the concert. See also access information for the concerts.

Demand for the concerts is very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out from 15th January 2013 (and then within 2 weeks of the date of purchase).
If tickets have not arrived after this time please call the box office on 0844 858 8876
From the 1st June print at home tickets will be available.

Details for leaving tickets tbc; remaining tickets will be left with
security on Victoria Gate. Kew, however, can take no responsibility for
these tickets.
Tickets can be purchased by phone/internet until 9am on the day of a concert, after which time, tbc
Kew and See Tickets are unable to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.
Inevitably bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel the concert will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
You are welcome to visit the Gardens on the day of the concert, but please note that your concert ticket does not include day visitor entry to the Gardens. On concert days the Gardens will close at 5.30pm (last entry 4.30pm) and all daytime visitors are kindly asked to depart the Gardens at this time. Garden visitors with a concert ticket will need to join the queue and enter the concert site when the Garden gates open to the public at 6:00pm.
Ticket holders consent to photography that may be used for promotional purposes.

Concert Entry time:

Sound checks
On concert days there will be sound checks within the hours of 3pm - 6pm.

Tuesday 9 July - Saturday 13 July

5.45pm VIP Hospitality admissions at Pavilion Gate.
6.00pm General admissions (including Disabled via Victoria Gate & Lion Gate)
7.30pm Music starts
10.15pm Music finishes with a spectacular firework finale.

Sunday 14 July

5.45pm VIP Hospitality admissions & access for disabled guests at Pavilion Gate.
6.00pm General admissions
7.00pm Music starts
9.45pm Music finishes. Please note - no fireworks on Sunday

No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs. Please see the website for more details. Do note that there are some areas where chairs are not permitted as these obstruct the views of others. Please show consideration to your fellow picnickers at all times!

For safety reasons, all naked flames (i.e. barbecues, candles, flares and
lanterns), picnic tables, gazebos and tents are not allowed
As this is an open-air concert please dress accordingly and out of courtesy to fellow concert-goers please refrain from using umbrellas.
Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
We strongly encourage guests to recycle their glass, cans and card at each concert using the recycling facilities provided. Please look out for our recycling team in the green vests, who will be happy to assist you.

Gates

District Line to Kew Gardens (for Victoria Gate) or Richmond Station (for Lion Gate)

Cyclists
Bike park racks at Victoria and Lion Gates are available. Please note owners leave bikes at their own risk.

Parking
Parking is extremely limited in the local area, so avoid the hassle, help the environment and use public transport where possible. Old Deer Park Car Park- please include information on this as per website. Limited free parking is also available on sections of the west side (Kew Gardens side) of Kew Road after 10:00 am.

There are three marked disabled parking spaces on Kew Green c 700m from the nearest concert entrance at Victoria Gate - these are public spaces on the public highway, and are available on a first come, first served basis. Kew is unable to reserve any spaces specifically so we advise to leave in plenty of time to secure a parking space closest to your chosen entry gate. See also www.kew.org/concertacccess

ACCESS INFORMATION

Tickets for Carers
Ticket holders can have one free ticket for an essential carer to accompany them. To qualify you need to meet one/both of the following conditions:

A. in receipt of disability living allowance or attendance allowance.
B. a registered blind person

Parking
See above note on parking.

Access to the arena
Disabled guests plus an additional carer may enter the concert site from 5.45pm, a quarter of an hour before general public access, via Pavilion Gate on Kew Road. This is away from the main queues and will be clearly marked with a banner. This is the nearest gate to the arena site with the shortest, flattest route. Please note that guests will not be able to leave via this route and should leave the site via Victoria or Lion Gate.

If preferred, disabled guests may enter the site with the rest of the public at 6pm via Victoria and Lion Gates.

The Kew the Music site has flat, step-free access throughout.
A designated viewing area is available at the concert site for wheelchair users only.

Queuing
As guests often arrive early, if you have difficulties standing, we recommend you bring a folding chair.

Toilets
Accessible toilets are available at the temporary mobile toilet block and the Pavilion Gate toilets and in the disabled viewing area

Wheelchairs
There are wheelchairs at all gates available on a first come, first served basis - no pre-booking.

Assistance Dogs
Registered assistance dogs are welcome.

Special Effects
Strobe lighting may feature in concerts. Please contact 020 8332 6555 for further information on the concert you are attending. Each concerts ends with a firework display.
