In case a client wants to cancel their ticket, they have to do it 12h maximum before the day of the visit

Refund can only be requested (if cancellation was done 12h before the day of the visit) via the dedicated section on Seetickets website: https://www.seetickets.es/customerservice

A client can ask for a date change of their ticket within a period of 30 days after the initial day set up for the visit; and at least 3 days in advance so the ticket change can be processed.
