London based quartet Talk Slow will be topping the evening’s bill. These guys have impressed Absent Kelly before in their previous incarnation. They’re big, upbeat indie pop/rock sound has seen them gain momentum on the underground scene in the Capital with numerous gigs at well-loved venues and radio airplay.
Swilly Chill is a quartet from Teeside who blend Indie, Pop and Rock sounds with smooth vocals and vibrant live shows that have connected with the audiences around the North of England. The band have already impressed the promoters with their sound that’s reminiscent of Kings of Leon.
Joining us all the way from Gibraltar for the show is Jetstream. Jetstream are stars back in Gib, and have played MTV’s Gibraltar Calling Festival, as well as playing the legendary 100 Club in London as part of the festival also.
Cardiff’s Lunar Bird will be there too. The group play dark alt/dream pop with elements of folk, psychedelia and electronica, they’re totally unique and distinctive, and we implore you to see them on this rare trip to the Capital.
Opening the show is The Flood in Our Heads. This singer-songwriter specialises in crafting sublime, mellow folk that has seen the artist championed by BBC Introducing.
