You’ve just had the night of your life, there’s no way on Earth you’re going home, but what do you do? The night is young, and so are you! “Back to mine” you hear and away you go to the magical mysteryland of the after party. Arriving suitably late, you glance around and are amazed by the friendliness and open minded music policy. If only every party could be like this…

Headlining their first event on Saturday August 25th are three of the finest DJs in the scene. Dutchman C-Jay makes his UK debut alongside Luke Brancaccio and Nick Muir. Beginning with a 6-hour cruise along the scenic River Severn from the idyllic Stourport -on-Severn before ending the night at Birmingham’s clubbing heartland, at The Tunnel Club (formerly Subway City).

“I’m really looking forward to playing in the UK for the first time ever in August. The team behind "Back To Ours" are passionate people with heart and soul when it comes to anything progressive, deep or just high quality underground house music” - C-Jay

Former record store owner, DJ, producer, label owner, promoter Christian ‘C-Jay’ Jansen has done it all. Having shared DJ booths with almost everyone in the scene, C-Jay is a selector of some class. And with a full diary of gigs across Europe and beyond, he shows no signs of slowing down just yet.

His first worldwide release, in the spring of 2004 was signed to Moun10 (owned by Dutch house legend Jaydee) and received massive support from the Progressive elite. Now signed to a dizzying list of labels, his recent downtempo albums on Bedrock Records gained critical acclaim. His new, as yet untitled album is nearing completion and you can expect some choice cuts to soundtrack the evening and the boat party warm-up.

Luke Brancaccio
As one half of Brancaccio & Aisher and the frontman of Suicide Sports Club, Luke Brancaccio has been one of the most prolific artists at Bedrock Records; his collaboration with Bruce Aisher leading to a UK Top 40 and US Billboard No.1 hit, and headline festival performances.

Luke has also extensively toured the world as a DJ, landing him on the front cover of DJ Magazine. For 2018 Luke is signed to both Bedrock Records and Circus Recordings, and this year’s output is well underway, supported by remixes from HOSH, Kaiserdisco & Mella Dee.

Nick Muir
Nick is best known for his work as a producer of electronic dance music both on his own and as one half of the Bedrock production team with John Digweed. Tracks such as 'For What You Dream Of' and 'Heaven Scent' under the Bedrock banner and his own 'Stoneage' as Floorjam are widely regarded as classics, still played all over the world.

His music has been used extensively in film and he and John have written scores for, amongst others, 'Stark Raving Mad' and 'Spiderman - the new animated series' which won a Dancestar award for Best Use of Music in a TV Show. To this day Nick is an in demand producer of club music and is releasing as much music now as ever, on labels such as Mashtronic, Renaissance and of course the eponymous Bedrock.

Dave Angel

A part of the very fabric of the UK techno scene, Dave Angel status as a erudite electronic culture is anything but hyperbole or smothered in exhausting superlatives, but cemented in facts and encased in the endless memories of those who have lived, loved and danced, to the astonishing output of music he has created during his 20+ years as a producer.
