Supremely talented keyboardist and founding member of Snarky Puppy returns to Southbank Centre following his sold out performance in the 2018 EFG London Jazz Festival.
Alongside his Grammy-winning achievements with Snarky Puppy, Bill Laurance has been pursuing a fascinating solo career, marked by a highly-rated debut album "Flint" and his most recent release, recorded live at Union Chapel. Widely travelled as soloist and producer, his solo projects demonstrate an intensely individual approach to both acoustic and electric keyboards - and his talent as composer is evidenced in collaborations with dance companies worldwide as well as his own projects - most recently with one of the world's leading jazz big bands, the WDR Big Band, in the 2018 EFG London Jazz Festival.
Ashley Henry is one of a new generation of musicians that have been raised with a wide range of influences. An excellent pianist, he brings jazz, beats and hip-hop into his work, and has opened for Marcus Miller at Royal Festival Hall in 2017, Christine and the Queens tour, as well as his headline show at Rich Mix last year.
