What's included in the VIP ticket:
- A chance to meet the artists*
- Side of stage viewing area
- Access via the VIP entry lane to your chosen day
- Access to Mela VIP Village
- Chill out area includes food and soft drinks**
- Dedicated restrooms
- Commemorative VIP lanyard and card


Please note:
- Gates open: 12noon, last entry: 18:30
- E-ticket will be exchanged for a VIP wristband at the event entrance and you must carry photo ID
- Valid for the one day you choose only
- VIP Village closes 30 minutes before event curfew
- Package does not include access to the individual sponsors’, press or artist areas
- VIP Village Area is unsuitable for under 16s. Children under 5 (Aged 4 or below) are NOT permitted. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18+) at all times
- All VIP package locations & timings are subject to change without prior notice
- Please be advised that you may have to queue upon entry so we ask that you are patient – entry procedures are in place to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable event
- A challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol and tobacco sales on site. If you look under 25, we will need ID from you or we cannot sell you a drink/tobacco
