HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSIONS?
Ticket holders will be notified via their registered email address when the full schedule has been released, this will include full instructions on how to sign up for specific sessions. Ticket holders will be given a unique code which will allow them to book their preferred sessions, (places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability).
A single ticket will permit guests to select 1 x session to attend in the morning and 1 x session to attend in the afternoon. Please note booked sessions are non-transferrable. Ticket holders will be directed via email to return to this page to book their preferred sessions once the full schedule has been released.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note any visitors under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, also in possession of a ticket.
Tickets are sold subject to the Organiser's right to alter or vary the programme right up to and including the day of the Event due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.
It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to check the website for the very latest information and/or to check on arrival at the Event of any amendments to the programme. If changes are made to any scheduled timings the Organiser will inform the Ticket holders as soon as they can. The Organiser is under no obligation to offer refunds on these changes. Please note there is no refund policy.

The entrance to etc.venues County Hall is on Belvedere Road - please note this IS NOT on the river side of the building, Belvedere Road runs parallel to the river to the rear of the building. The door to the venue is situated in the middle of the building, half way down Belvedere Road opposite Forum Magnum Square. The nearest stations to the venue are Waterloo and Westminster - both a pleasant 5-minute walk away.
