Following on from the huge success of the very first comedy night, The CrazyBird Comedy Club is putting on another night of fantastic Stand Up comedy at the Stafford Cricket & Hockey Club on Friday 27th April.

Internationally acclaimed comedian Geoff Whiting “…a master of the ‘That’s so true’ type of humour. He ad-libbed brilliantly and hooked the audience”, (Evening Standard) is the CrazyBird Comedy Club’s resident MC and will be hosting the event.

Opening proceedings will be multi-award winning Welsh comedian Matt Rees “The boy is good….Damn good!” Matt has generated a huge buzz on the circuit over the past number of years with his unique brand of well-crafted gigs and acerbic delivery earning him high praise from audiences and critics alike.

Smashing his way through the middle section is actor and comedian Ben Bridgeman. Ben is a comfortable and confident performer, with an acting and Improv Comedy background. In just two years Ben has begun breaking into clubs around the country, and recently opened for Bobby Mair at The Stand Comedy Club in Glasgow. Expect a hodgepodge of comedic styles rolled into one. "Effortlessly professional: easy, confident, engaging, FUNNY” - Gyles Brandreth

Headlining this stunning line up is Tim Clarke 'An unsung hero of stand-up comedy - the current master of this underrated art' The Guardian.

Comedian, writer and actor Tim Clark is one of the brightest lights on the national comedy scene and a familiar face on television. His regular appearances at live venues throughout the country and especially at The Comedy Store and Jongleurs keep his wit sharp and his material fresh. His striking looks, quick wit and affable nature have made sure that Tim makes an instant impact on his many TV and radio appearances.

So sit tight Stafford, this comedy night promises to give you a night you’ll be talking about for months.
